I was a client of theirs for more than a year. The company is lacking consistency in the quality of their service and even after meeting with the company owner a couple of times regarding the dissatisfaction, no improvement was seen/made.
I terminated my contract with them in the month of August however I still haven't received the set of keys back.
I have also noticed that the only good review they have on their page is from an employee of theirs.
