Riverside has taken the following actions and we are continuously adapting our preparedness to the evolving situation.

Our cafeteria is not available for visitors, but visitors can purchase meal tickets to enjoy a meal with their family member resident at the reception desk or at the nursing station after hours. We invite you to come in and take a closer look. Great care has been taken to create a home-like environment in which a resident and their families work closely together with the staff.
Riverside Health Care (RHC) values the feedback and suggestions of its patients and family members and caregivers. Hearing the voices of patients, families and caregivers is essential to transforming and improving the patient and family experience. Integrating the patient's point of view, perspective and experience into service and quality improvements across the organization will help to ensure the delivery of high quality care.
