I applied for a loan and had to chase this lender for an answer. When I initially applied, I was told to supply a number of documents which took a lot of time to do. Then I heard nothing. Then I complained and finally got an Analyst who phoned me and asked me my gender (discrimination). Then he told me he needed a work number but there isn't one in my case, however, all of my pay deposits and salary letter confirmed my employment. Took out a loan of $500 was to pay back around $760ish in payments, loan is all paid back but they kepted taking out money and took out more than $900 after, emailed you guys twice past 2-3 months with all the info and no reply from you guys. My bank is literally looking into this as we speak. Theft what you guys did. BE CAUTOUS DO NOT USE BC LOANS.

Extremely inconsistent. I've been a good customer of theirs for some time. Always make my payments, etc. But I've never actually "needed" the money up until my last two applications. I got very sick and was off work for a month. Fell behind on stuff and actually needed the loan this time. Was turned down flat. Told to reapply after August 19. Did so and was turned down flat again. Like every other financial institution, if you actually need money, you can't get it. My previous history with them didn't seem to count at all. Very frustrating.
