We rented ebikes from cycle city for a friends birthday and had the best experience! These guys are super nice and approachable even if your not a hardcore motorbike rider. I was nervous at first to ride the ebikes but they gave me thorough instructions and helped me with a test ride to ensure I was comfortable for my ride. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

Great team over at CCC! They were ridiculously quick in repairing my first Zero S after an unfortunate spill and were awesome throughout the process of trading in and purchasing my new Zero this year. There were a few obstacles along the way, which they tackled with poise and patience. It was a pleasure to deal with Brent and Mags! Highly recommend them!

This is my first Harley and I felt welcome from the first phone call with Brent, until I drove my new purchase off their lot.
These guys are truly amazing.
Brent, made himself available every time I called, even when he was running "Daddy" daycare. He is very positive and upbeat. The whole experience was awesome.

I have had dealt with multiple shops and dealers in the city before getting work done here. No attitude from the employees and owners unlike other shops. No empty promises. Best bike shop in the city hands down. I have had 3 completely customized harleys built here. They have also sold a few bikes for me as well and sold them fast and for the prices I was looking for. I have done financing through these guys and they will get you an excellent rate and make things easy taking the stress out of what should be a fun experience. Brent and Nick have become very good friends and its clear when you walk

Been bringing my ride here on and off for years. Brent and the crew he has are solid guys and they can all turn the wrench with skill.

What a great shop to be found by anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. I traveled from another province as I found their pricing and the condition of their motorcycles was great. I bought my first street fighter type bike from them and I am extremely happy for that bike to join my others in my garage. The staff was awesome to meet and helpful in everything from going over the bike to helping me load it. This is the first time I have ever financed a bike as I usually pay for them in cash. They made the experience quick and painless. I have already shared my awesome experience with friends and family

The CCC team are absolute beauties! It is a joy working with them and how they made my dream custom bike come true. I cheer when I look at it and just love love love to ride it. Found this place through google as I was looking for a custom shop to check out what kind of bikes they were building and see what kind of shop it was. I am the type of person that judges a shop by how the people are with me and how helpful they are and, obviously what kind of product they can put out. From day 1 all of these guys have been nothing but friendly, outgoing, easy to deal with and laid back. My first time doing a review anywhere and i could not resist thanks to an amazing experiance at Calgary Cycle City. I have taken my Bike here a few times now and they always treat you like a friend. Without a doubt i trust that they will only fix whatt needs to be fixed and charge a fair price. Way better exsperiance then i have had at either Harley dealer in town and the quality of work is second ot none. If you want a honest shop that treats you with respect this is the best spot ive found in the city hands down.
