Not good for repairing. Stay away, moreover is very expensive.

I've been coming here for 20 years, Khan has been around since day 1 when I was a kid. He remembers his customers, and treats his long-time customers like family, and that's why I only come here. Every problem I've ever had has been a 10/10 experience from them.
Don't listen to these negative reviews, as you can see, most of them are Karen's that are trying to scam the return policies, which is not right because this is a good company.

I have been going to Electroshack for the last 16 years. As my family has grown, they have helped us all along the way. From repairing the kids ipads, broken screens, to now repairing the kids phones, replacing old phones, etc….Electroshack has always been my one and only repair shop. I Was moving my laptop from one place to another with it plugged in and caught it ripping the end of the power cord out of the port. I bought a new AC 65W Adapter which unfortunately was not charging the laptop. I assumed I damaged the charge port and brought it in for repair... after further investigation, they found the issue was with the new Adapter, not the laptop. They ordered me a new cord which works perfectly and waived the service charge fee for identifying the issue. I would give this store "0" if I could. I've repaired a few devices here over the years, without incident. This last experience had me admonishing a middle aged adult male for his shady business practices, and I'll share them here as a BUYER BEWARE:
Owner of the store agreed to repair my iPhone 8 screen for a set price. I flipped the phone over, showed him the reverse side was cracked, and asked him if he could fix this. "Will you be selling this?" he asked. "Yes," I replied. "Can it be repaired?" "Yes, of course we can repair it." I confirm the cash price + no tax, and leave the store. He scribbles

Owner employs shady business tactics. iPhone 8 screen was cracked on both sides and when I went in to repair it, he confirmed that he could fix both sides and gave me a cash price, no tax. He's not paying tax so I assumed the price was decent because of that. Terrible place...went to replace an iPad screen...kept the screen protector that store put and when I took it found out that the new screen that was put on had a huge crack. Obviously the new screen was defective or who ever put it didn't do a good job. Returned to the shop and the owner was dismissive saying that there was no guarantee to anything that is done!!! No refund and no repair was offered!! What a JOKE of place. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I'm warning you DO NOT go here at all I paid 80$ to fix my iPad screen and when I got it back the screen was fixed but it kept coming off and my iPad was bent in half down the middle. I went home and the next morning my iPad wouldn't come back to life!!! I paid them 80$ and all they did was break my iPad!! All my pictures all my apps and everything gone!
