Worst property management company in the Sault. Stay away from their rentals as well as selling properties. Dirty, corrupt and terrible staff. DO NOT USE,RENT, OR BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. thanks enjoy your day.

Moved into unit, when moving our bed in we found out the wall was soft and full of black mold. Place was infested with mice and they did absolutely nothing to dispose of the dead mice or their droppings, they did not seal holes in the foundation or walls of the building, we had a broken toilet and a broken door and they refused to do anything about it once we moved in and paid rent. My friend (also rents from flemming and smith) had to rip apart her entire bathroom because of black mold (health hazard and she has children) and they refused to take money off her rent or pay for any of the repairs
