Services
Since 1969, Gymnastics Mississauga has offered programs for boys and girls from introductory levels, all the way up to and including national levels. We provide gymnastics programs in a safe, positive environment where every athlete achieves their personal best. We believe gymnastics should be accessible to all and that the values of personal development (both mental and physical) are paramount.
A work of art! We provide a healthy and safe environment for your kids, from recreational to the National/International competitive stream, with all the latest gym-tech and apparatus. In gym washrooms and change rooms, water fountains, high ceilings with the newest energy safe lighting technology, specious free parking.
Throughout the years, Gymnastics Mississauga and our team of coaches have produced champions in the provincial, national and international levels, including world championships, PanAm games and Olympic games. We dedicate our lives to spread the passion we have for gymnastics: we train athletes from the most basic level to the high performance, we mentor our recreational and Jr coaches to support and improve all our programs.
In this class, girls will have fun mastering basic skills while further developing balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and spatial awareness. This program will teach the girls that hard work and self-discipline is an essential step to success. Start them young and watch their self-confidence, focus, and ability to perform under pressure grow, as well as their skill level.
This program focuses on developing and implementing coordination and space awareness fundamentals in a fun and safe environment and is an enjoyable parent/child experience. I have been a gymnast at Gymnastics Mississauga for as long as I can remember; I grew up there. It was one of the best experiences of my life; the coaches are great, the equipment is excellent, and the environment is very welcoming. I have also coached recreational gymnastics there; many of the coaches are former gymnasts from the program, so they are well versed and knowledgeable about the sport. I know firsthand that the staff works hard and diligently to keep everything running smoothly at the gym.

Worst experience possible for my 5 year old. She had done pre school gymnastics and with subsequent classes we had cancelations due to covid. They offered credits no refund. We tried their zoomnastics which were well intentioned but just a bunch of kids shouting over zoom so we then registered in beginners summer camp as my 5 year old wanted to learn hand stand. She had lost all her enthusiasm day one came back home saying she tried her best but her best was bad. Her trainer had told her never to come near monkey bars as she is not doing it well enough, when we spoke they brushed it aside saying

We have been members of this Club for over 10 years. The coaches are great and the facilities are world class. I like the fact that they have been in business for over 50 years and are affiliated with the City of Mississauga. This is a great not for profit organization that really focuses on the athletes.

Edited to add: I was contacted and confirmed with the gym that the mistake was certainly on their end regarding my son's wrongful placement despite their reply below.
Unfortunately our experience didn't live up to expectations. We first encountered an issue when our son was placed in the wrong class, an admin error it seems that was not realized until the 8th lesson by which time my son was accustomed to his class and did not want to change classes. Organization appeared lacking overall though at this location. The coaches should have a better system of organizing the gymnasts at the start of

My son has been doing competitive gymnastics for years and just started at this gym this fall. During this time, the office staff and coaches have been friendly and timely with all communications with regards to all the safety issues and scheduling to try to ensure the kids are getting some safe time on the equipment while continuing to train at home as well. It's been tough and I appreciate their efforts to keep up the kids skills while being safe -and having fun. And an amazing coaching staff too!

Gymnastics Mississauga has an incredible facility with amazing staff. The coaches are very technically knowledgeable, super friendly, supportive, caring, inspiring and passionate about what they do. The club's communication is excellent and everyone is trying to help create the best environment for the athletes. I highly recommend this gym.

We absolutely enjoy spending our Saturday morning’s here. Our daughter loves the kindergym program and her coaches.
The things she has learned already from the fall, winter and now spring sessions is awesome. They teach them the basic fundamentals of gymnastics.
Although we can’t hear what the coaches are saying you can see how they interact and support the kids with how they learn. It’s nice to see how they come down to their level to talk with them and high five the kids.

My daughters have been going here since they both were 3 yrs old. They have amazing staffs and coaches. Whenever I had a issue they were more the happy to discuss it with me and address the issue right away. My older daughter had scheduling issues with her soccer and they were more then happy to refund me my payment with of course a reasonable fee since it was 4 wks in. My youngest started with the club for competitive 1 yr ago and the progress she had made is amazing. Awesome coaches and office staff!

My daughter started gymnastics at this gym at 2.5 years old. She attended classes for 4 seasons and the quality of teaching became progressively worse over this time. So called "coaches" are simply teenagers who spend most of the class time chatting, checking their phone and careless about the kid's performance. After numerous complaints to the office and no changes, we stopped attending half way through the season. It's a big waste of money and the facility. I would highly suggest avoiding this club and signing up your kids for the activities worthy of your money.
