I received a load of what I was told was lawn soil. It looks like I swept a bunch of dirt off the road. The man who anwered the phone was so terrible rude. I will NEVER do business with them again. Biggest rip off around. I would have given it a 0 rating but that choice isn't available.

I needed some garden soil and had waited over a week for the competition to deliver. When they seemingly disappeared I called Kel-Ann and they delivered within a couple hours. Great product great price and great service!

I called a day ahead to specifically schedule a drop off for the morning because i had time sensitive work to accomplish. i was told i would get my triple mix first thing in the morning. was told to expect a phone call before delivery. i didn't receive a call, so i called them.. he said it says here you want the afternoon. The lady i spoke with told me the morning. i am now taking precious time off work to accomplish a job and this company cannot manage a simple timing that was told to me! People have to plan their lives. obviously this company does not take that seriously. there is lots of
