Bypass if possible. Not organized, not consistent customer service. Phone calls not always returned. Didn't even have a chance to get a quote due to poor listening skills and lack of follow up due to over excitement of a pending vacation. Stated quote would be delivered before departure as she "wanted to get it taken care of before they left". That didn't happen. After my follow up the story changed to claiming "we discussed after, and If I still want the quote to let her know". Not eager for business, or at least actions don't illustrate as such. painting isn
