Our region offers a plethora of amazing venues for your wedding, dinner, gala or celebration. We are lucky to partner with the best of them to provide food and beverage service to complement your event. For large events there is no where better than Alpine Ski Club, our year round partner. This spectacular clubhouse offers 48,000 square feet of space and can host up to 700 guests.
Alpine Ski Club is an amazing destination for intimate weddings of 100 up to large celebrations of 300+. The unique location with views of both Georgian Bay and the hills of Blue Mountain offers guests an unforgettable ceremony and dining venue. We used Men With Knives Catering for our daughter's wedding on Aug.27, 2021. I can't thank them enough for making our day truly PERFECT! I have attended many weddings however; have never experienced the level of quality, efficiency and professionalism as I did with Men With Knives. I ordered a bulk order this week from Men with Knives. I am so impressed. Everything we’ve had so far has been excellent. We had chicken parm with macaroni and Caesar salad. It was delicious. Ordered the protein pack and was worried about what kind of quality it would be being my first time ordering something like this. I have now had every type of meat in the protein pack and it is worth every penny. Great quality, amazing meals made from everything they provided, quick delivery, and prompt response when I thought there was a mistake (there wasn’t). I am not sure I can go back to supermarket meats but I couldn’t be happier.

Just had the meat lasagna for lunch with the caesar salad. Both were excellent. I cook a lot and must say that that lasagna was the best Ive had. They say 4 servings which is true according to what your serving… size should be, but my son at 2/3rds of the pan and I ate one. So if you have big eaters, you need 2. Just to update, the Coq au Vin was delicious!!!

We were the lucky receivers of an order not intended for us! When we called Julie to let her know, she was kind enough to let us keep the order. Well, this turned out to be our lucky day! We used Men with Knives for our wedding, and they did an outstanding job. The food was amazing, and there was more than enough for everybody. Their staff were attentive and professional, and they communicated everything very clearly and courteously. After being to many weddings where there just wasn't enough food, we wanted to make sure our guests left with a smile and full stomachs. Men with Knives made that happen. Just awesome.
