Owner Andre G. Ypma first experienced the landscape trade in 1988 as a summer labourer for both landscape maintenance and construction companies as well as a plant nursery in the Quinte area. Discovering how much he enjoyed working in the trade, Andre moved to Toronto in 1994 to study landscape technology and design at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology.
While still a student, he worked for a property maintenance and construction company in Scarborough, and was responsible for the design of several new construction and renovation projects for high end condominium properties as well as several residential projects in Toronto, North York and Pickering.

The design process begins with getting to know you! At our first visit, you'll meet with our designer, Andre Ypma, to discuss your vision and how we can bring it to life. Together we'll go through a questionnaire to identify the design objectives for the project as well as your likes and dislikes and get an overall understanding of your lifestyle.
