Rai Insurance Brokers Ltd. was founded in 1985 by Chris Rai who started the brokerage after a successful career in the commercial division of Allstate Insurance. He started the business with a desk, telephone, filing cabinet and a dream in the corner of his basement in his Scarborough home.
Chris worked tirelessly to grow the brokerage one client at a time, using his expertise in commercial insurance and the relationships he developed with insurers to offer clients his signature "better coverage at a better price".This practice extended to personal insurance as well, where Chris would spend as much time with a client emphasizing the need for proper coverage as he did on the price of the policy.

They have 60's customer service in place. No way you can talk to anybody. You will get transferred voicemail to voicemail until there is no more transfer options. Forget about getting call back.
I got good insurance and had no issue with end insurance company but had to cancel due to VERY poor customer service from Rai Grant

I really like how I am treated when walking in the office to discuss my policy. The front is very welcoming, greeted with the most respect, great atmosphere the reception does a great job 5/5. Sometimes it takes setting up an appointment to meet with my CSR then over the phone. My questions are not rushed and answered more clearly when face to face. You are dealing with high paying customers, and someone like me wants professionalism from start to end. 4/5 when walking in this time around. Hopefully the CSRs will work on calling back like they promise.

The only person who seems to pick up the phone and be present/ in a good mood is the Receptionist. I am still waiting for my call back, it has been a week. My insurance went up, and I don't understand why!!!. Today after over a week I finally got a call back to answer some questions of mine. Brokerage is good, but just really need answers and this took a while. Was not happy.
