The Provincial Soccer League (PSL), operated by the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA), is province-wide competition open to representative teams from SSA Member Organizations and Entities in Male and Female Under 13 Developmental, Under 15 and Under 17 divisions and represents the highest level of play currently available in Saskatchewan. Soccer (Football) is played by millions in almost every country throughout the world and enjoyed by even more. It is the beautiful game! Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) is the designated Provincial Sport Governing Body (PSGB) for the sport of soccer in Saskatchewan and is a full member of the Canadian Soccer Association (Canada Soccer).
Saskatchewan Soccer is governed by a Board of Directors elected each year at the annual general meeting. This is Saskatchewan Soccer's Board of Directors for 2020-2021. I am writing on behalf of the Board of Directors of Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA) to request that the information below concerning nominations to the SSA Board be circulated widely within your organization.
A primary membership benefit is coverage under Saskatchewan Soccer liability and accident insurance policies. All Regular and Associate Member Organizations and entities, as well as volunteers (organizer members) and athletes, team personnel and match officials (participant members) are covered while participating in sanctioned events.
The Sport Legacy Fund is a fundraising program established by Sask Sport for the continued and future development of amateur sport in Saskatchewan and an opportunity for you to leave a legacy in the sport you love. Saskatchewan Soccer's Sport Legacy Fund is a general donation fund for advancing the sport of soccer in the province of Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan Soccer has the mandate of fostering, developing, and promoting soccer in Saskatchewan. We offer participation opportunities in soccer, futsal, walking soccer, and beach soccer for youth, teens, adults, and older adults.
