Went in the other day to get glass cut for a small trailer window. I had the glass with me so it could easily be measured and a new window cut, no installation needed. Both of the receptionists said they were too busy and that I'd have to wait 4 days to get it done. Didn't give any options and didn't even ask what I needed. They were rude and smirked as I was denied service.
Took my glass to Precision Auto Glass, was told they were too busy but as soon as they saw what I needed they took me in the back and cut a new window. It took them 5 minutes and I paid cash.
