My company has had an account with Action for many years and their service, once great, has slid downhill considerably. They guarantee delivery before 5 pm however frequently they don't attempt to deliver until after the office has closed. When we have paid for guaranteed BEFORE 5 pm delivery, then I would think the delivery should arrive BY 4:59 pm at the latest, not at 5:20 pm. What is worse, however, is their absolutely appalling customer service. Their dispatcher has to be the rudest person ever to have a career in customer service.
