Most of employees working in warehouse are migrant workers who can’t even speak proper English! Old people almost 79-80 are working in smelly sweaty warehouses ! I wonder why such elderly people who are mostly migrants working in warehouses

Angela is rude and does not know how to deal with people. She makes them feel small and incompetent, and when I asked to speak to someone higher-up she refused. I enjoyed working with the agency until I spoke with her and I'm Disappointed in the agency to let such a person represent them.
I understand explaining payroll can be difficult. However taking out that stress on employees and asking questions like "What's 2 + 2 ?" or " Do you expect me to guess how many hours you've worked?" are unacceptable questions and should never be asked in a professional setting.

Terrible experience with this agency I highly wouldn’t recommend this for anybody seeking work. Especially Angela. They sent my background check 2 weeks late into the job, then without notice holds my pay until I completed my background check, which was never sent properly to my email.
Furthermore, they told me take a COVID test which I did they came back negative, went back to work for 2 days, they called me back in the morning and said I missed too many days and fired me.
Overall, this toxic agency is unprofessional and needs to do better and finally have the audacity to tell me to leave

Terrible experience with the agency
worked with them for a month
Everything was good until my last paycheque
So i didn't received my money because my supervisor sended my hours late
so they said they won't be able to make a cheque since its only done on friday ,but i told them there's plenty of time left in friday, so the lady said hold on i will try to call angela but the bose left the company earlier due to it's being friday they can't make a cheque now
Which is not my fault, i started calling the agency and angela(payroll manager ) from Morning and called them several times but nobody was
worked with them for a month

Very well managed agency with many years of experience in bringing great employees to workplaces. I have personally worked with Chris and his staff for years and each time his candidates for our positions turned out to be very hard workers with great hearts. Also would like to add that office staff at Toper are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people that I have dealt with when hiring seasonal employees. Well done Toper.
