Services
We are pleased to be open for in-store shopping. We still have to operate under some restrictions with limited capacity and face masks, hand sanitizing and physical distancing required. We look forward to helping you with your stained glass needs. It is regrettable, but the safety of our staff and customers is our primary concern.
You love the look of stained glass but don't know where to start? It's so easy and you've come to the right place! To get you started, we have gathered the most Frequently Asked Questions and suggestions from our instructors and long time customers. They were once novices too and glad to share their experience.
Our large art glass studio occupies half of the total store space and is located on the same level as the retail store for convenient access. It offers large, well lit work stations with all of the regularly used equipment like grinders and soldering irons. The Studio also has a light table, a came saw and came bender for framing your projects.
The Taurus Model 3 Diamond Ring Saw is a unique glass saw that will have you cutting like a pro! The diamond coated stainless steel ring blade cuts glass in any direction, forward, backward, or sideways - with no grinding required afterwards! The ring saw is also removable from the table base to use as a handsaw!
Our courses run each Fall, Winter and Spring with registration in September, January and March. We offer day, evening and Saturday courses at the beginner and intermediate levels so choose a time that is most convenient for you. Due to the pandemic, classes are currently on hold. Please call the studio at 705-721-1323 if you'd like to be put on the wait list and be notified when classes resume.
