During the first heat wave of the season I discovered that my air-conditioner was not putting out any cold air. So I called Castle heating and it would be well over a week before they could come out to check out the problem. The technician, when he did show up, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk to. I was told my problem is fixable but expensive and I decided to look for a new unit instead. I asked for a quote and I was told that their sales rep would get in touch with me. In the meantime I called 4 other service dealers for quotes, made appointments and got quotes from
