People should be very careful dealing with Farshid AKA Fred at this company. He suggests that clients pay him in cash to avoid paying taxes, but if there are any complaints there is no paper trail of the transaction and he lacks the professionalism to fix his mistakes. He also hired three painters to paint his newly purchased mansion and didn’t pay them a penny. Be careful hiring and trusting this company.

If you're considering fencing, I'd say go to someone else who'd value your business more. I contacted Star Fencing because they appeared to have decent Google reviews, but after they had come to do measurements, they were unresponsive. No quotes, no updates, even after I had followed-up several times. The person who picked up the call was rude at times and seemed to just brush me off. Perhaps my backyard fencing was too insignificant a business for them. In a competitive industry like this, you'd think they'd learn to do customer service well.

I asked for 5 quotes from various local fence and deck companies. I was sold by Star Fencing because they were professional, curtious and responded very soon after each time I had a question.
They did a fantastic job in every way. Their pricing is right on and very competitive. They worked quickly and used excellent material.

Star Fencing put up a fence in my backyard in below 0 degree temperature. I couldn't believe it and I can't stress how happy I am with their customer service, promptness, and of course the finished job. The crew were fantastic to deal with and were true professionals.
