Len founded Rally in 2006 with a focus on creating fit-for-purpose solutions to deliver quality services at competitive rates. He is committed to establishing enduring client relationships, providing leadership, and investing in his team.
After graduating with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, he worked as a Project Manager, Project Engineer and Mechanical / Piping Engineer on large multi-discipline projects ranging in size from $15 Million to $1 Billion.
