About Report

Tofino welcomed me with open arms into the community in 2007 and I opened my heart right back as I assumed an integral role in our medical community as a practicing pharmacist. Partnering with Pharmasave was an easy decision as it allowed me to focus on my patients, team, and community. Pharmasave Tofino has evolved from a small health centre to a hub for guests offering the highest quality service and products.

Forgot my meds back in Alberta. I called the pharmacy and they took care of everything for me. I tried calling the other pharmacy in town but I kept being transferred to a voicemail at 10am. Highly recommend.

Seriously EPIC! I’m blown away by the options here! Friendly staff, great options, crystals, yoga and meditation gear, greeting cards, a beautiful mix of holistic healing options! Beautiful shop and you’ll even find some Lululemon gear tucked in the back!

Twice a friend of mine, a black and Indigenous woman went to this store and was discriminated against. I don't know why this establishment can't have basic cultural competency, and awareness of whose land they're on. It's racist places that make people of colour feel out of place need to be called out. No more. Do not give your money to this place.

I’ve had two negative experiences at this location. If I have a negative experience with a clerk I usually ask their name so I can speak to a manager but I felt like leaving immediately both times.
The first time, I believe was a misunderstanding. I walked in with a bag that my husband bought a week before I walked in there. Because I use it as a… treat bag for my dog, I never thought of taking off the tag. So I forgot my husband bought it from Pharmasave (Tofino) and was asked by the clerk if I’ve by chance forgot to pay for it before I left. I said, “No, I walked in with

Staff is awesome. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable. Selection in product is very good. There is a kids colouring area that was very helpful while I was getting flu shot.
The store is beautiful and very clean.

Am really noticing a difference after a week on untra b 100mg vitamin recommended by Pharmasave employee. Was truly worth the extra $10 to get New Roots brand.
