Soothe Relaxation Massages; Aromatherapy and Hot Stone Massage are provided by highly skilled Estheticians trained in anatomy in regards to relaxation massage. Soothe Relaxation services are not deep tissue / therapeutic, and as such are NOT offered by a Registered Massage Therapist. As it happens the name for this service couldn't be more perfect.

I had a lovely and incredibly relaxing afternoon at Soothe! I was gifted a Body Wrap and Treat for Feet and Gloria provided a beautiful experience. She was so friendly and welcoming and ensured I was having the most relaxing experience at all times. I love that this is a certified Green Spa and the Éminence products she used were gorgeous. Gloria was so knowledgeable about this company and it was nice to know more about the sustainable and natural products she was using. The building itself is also beautiful! I will definitely be back soon.

Soothe Downtown Spa is definitely worth checking out. The atmosphere is so welcoming, as soon as you step inside. The girls are accommodating, and professional. They will ask you to sanitize, and show your… Vaxpass to ensure the safety to not just their staff, but their clients. Not to forget how environmentally friendly they are. So far the spa have helped plant over 1800 trees 🌲!
Plus, you get tea in a little tea cup, which is served on a saucer 🥰

Absolutely best place to get a pedi! The environment along with the services are amazing! Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Having some extra attention to your scalp while your feet are being… treated tops it not to mention the comfortable sitting arrangements they have in place! Defiantly left with the happiest feet and even more a happy heart! Thanks for the real Royal treatment! Can’t wait to do it again!

Went there yesterday and everything was lovely! We both had the happiest few in St. John's treatment and it was great! Both Katie and Laura were so sweet and friendly and really made us feel comfortable. The treatment itself was very thorough and very relaxing. Not only was it a neck and shoulder massage but also a scalp massage! 10/10 would go again! (Already planning to!)

I’ve messaged the owner to contact me regarding this but have not yet made contact. I expected to be serviced by a graduate of an esthetics program .the service provider didn’t appear to know the basics of a pedicure like turning on the lamp. Her angle on brushing my feet was so off she caused an abrasion on my ankle. My concern grew during the course of the service and when I questioned her I found out she was a student who was on a work term and would not graduate until June!!! I was not informed that I was being serviced by a student and yet I had to pay full price ! If I wanted a student

Myself and my maid of honour went to soothe spa for a pre-wedding manicure and pedicure. I had expected top notch service considering the price and advertisement of this “spa”. First, when we came in a girl told us to pick a color, and then walked away. I was hoping to chat with my nail artist about what I wanted to have done. Finally they came back and I was informed they could not do any French fade or any nail art work. My sister, mother, and myself had pedicures and manicures prior to my sister 's wedding. The pedicure service was adequate ( took way too long, both services together took 3+ hours) but the manicures were terrible. All of them were ruined within the day ( I waited 30 mins after leaving the salon before touching anything). When I noted the colour was not what I had wanted to the girl told me " oh silly, that was the other colour" and continued with the wrong colour. Put way to much Polish on and kept hurting me! I love going to Soothe Spa! The staff is so attentive and friendly. They take the time to ensure that you are comfortable. Every time I go, I leave feeling so pampered and refreshed. Had a fantastic and memorable day with my mother at this day spa. All my email inquiries were responded to in a timely manner and the ladies helped me plan the perfect spa packages, catered to my needs. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a cup of tea and only had to select our polish colour before being whisked upstairs to our private treatment room. We had selected body and nail treatments and had the same friendly and professional estheticians for the whole afternoon. The quality of the treatments were all top notch. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks again ladies

The Soothe staff is absolutely amazing. A fantastic, friendly team who took care of me from minute one. I went with my sister-in-law and her sister for Happy Feet pedicures. It was the most luxurious pedicure I've ever had. Extra thanks to Wanda Lee and Miranda for making it perfect. Hats off to Gloria and all the Soothe staff. I can't wait to come back!
