Services
Special care is taken to protect any areas not requiring paint such as bolts or threaded components with heat resistant tape, caps and plugs. We measure the blast profile and coating thickness and use high-temperature caulking to seal seams and prevent corrosion. Products are then hung on racks and rolled into the coating chamber where we apply the paint via an electrostatic process.
Our modern 18,000-square-foot facility includes a full blasting and powder coating production line with additional metal manufacturing space. We have plenty of handling and storage capacity and can blast and coat products up to 11 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 30 feet long.
In addition to blasting and coating, our fabrication team operates a full line of metal processing and welding equipment, which allows us to fabricate, customize, or modify your final products, or product components, in preparation for blasting and powder coating.Our fabrication services are available for consistent, high volume product runs.

We believe it is important to ensure products and our spray booth are as clean as possible before coating. We take extra steps, beyond industry standards, to keep our spray environment clean. Our coating booth has a high-tech filtration system keeping it virtually free of airborne contaminants.
Our optional pre-heat process releases any gases trapped in the pores of the metal that cannot be removed by blasting and can cause imperfections in the final product.This process is recommended for corroded metals, porous castings and products previously exposed to oils.

Our blasting and powder coating facilities can handle large volumes of steel and aluminium products in many shapes and sizes, from heavy equipment frames, commercial signs and automotive chassis' to playground equipment and hand railings. We can combine product batches in matching standard colours to accommodate smaller volume orders, saving our customers time and money.
