Services
Orillia Aviation is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO 337-92) and a certified Cessna Service Station that meets their standards of service requirements, including facilities, personnel, training, basic and special tools, parts and technical information. We have a dedicated workforce of highly qualified personnel who have many years of experience and who are ready to perform an inspection and any repair you may require.
Our paint shop was moved to a new building in 2016. This 3600 sq foot facility includes two paint booths, a professional grade oil less compressor and a heating and ventilation system that allow us to operate year round. The paint booth is managed by Blair Decker, who has more than 30 years experience painting a wide variety of aircraft, several of which have won awards at events such as SUN 'n FUN and Oshkosh.
By utilizing our state of the art test equipment, our experienced and highly skilled technicians perform repair services on a wide variety of airborne avionics systems including communication, gyroscopic and navigation equipment and numerous other instrumentation products. We have an extensive range of jigs, tooling and equipment required to perform structural repairs and rebuilds to all makes and models of aircraft to conform to the original manufacturer's specifications. STOL kits, wing extensions, engine upgrades, custom panel, bubble windows, one piece windshields, strobes, engine heaters, camera ports, gross weight increase.
