Here at Premier Dance Academy we believe in order to build strong dancers, you must start with a strong foundation in ballet training. We offer ballet for dancers starting at the age of 3. As they grow dancers will develop a strong sense of musicality, rhythm, balance, flexibility and technique. Dancers may be eligible to partake in R.A.D. exams under the teacher's discretion.
Premier Dance Academy offers a great variety of classes for students who like to dance recreationally! Rec classes are a great opportunity for dancers to really focus on dance technique, learning new things and just having fun! We offer all disciplines of dance in recreational. Rec students are always welcome to audition for our competitive team if they want more performance opportunities and a competitive experience!
Holly's training started at the early age of 3 at Waterloo Dance Centre where she found her love and passion for the art of dance. She has studied ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical and contemporary. By the age of 8 she was dancing competitively, travelling across the U.S.A. and Canada representing her competitive team and winning several scholarships; top soloist overall awards as well as the tittle Miss Junior Dancefest in 1999.
Dancing competitively provides dancers with multiple stage and performance opportunities, which builds confidence and develops stage presence. Premier Dance Academy usually attends 3-4 competitions per year, travelling to a variety of different locations such as Peterborough, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford, Collingwood, Burlington, Toronto, and Richmond Hill.

Can’t say enough about this dance studio. The teachers are extremely talented instructors who care for their students. They put so much thought and effort into each dance routine they create. If you want a dance studio that will provide great experience and fun for your children this is your place! Everyone becomes part of the family at PDA.

I have many of the young kids in my family dancing at PDA, including my niece, cousin, and family friends. The teachers are committed and encouraging, and work hard to help each individual kid work on their technique and to further their skills. They have a warm and welcoming environment, and the whole studio has a great family feel. All kids work together and help each other, and look up to one another.

My cousin and Niece both dance here and I have been lucky enough to see first hand the attention and training given to the dancers! The teachers here truly care about each dancer, they have students of all ages and abilities and each one leaves feeling encouraged! I highly recommend this family based studio, I don’t think any other studio can compare!

Growing up, i tried many different dance studios because i felt like i was never really noticed by the teachers or students. PDA teachers were very welcoming and gave every student the same attention. They were very supportive and creative and they pushed us out of our comfort zones so we could reach our true potential. i noticed that there weren't many studios that encouraged students to freestyle and choreograph their own dances, but at PDA we were given chances to express ourselves and exercise our creativity. there were great opportunities to dance with professional choreographers/dancers and
