I called a cab for a friend, the driver pulled up to the store next to us, saw another man there, and left.. when I called to ask the driver to turn around the very ignorant lady that was running dispatch said to me that "no, the driver said he wasn't taking that guy" and hung up on me... it wasn't even the right person, she didn't even care to listen to what I was trying to explain. She was so ignorant it made me so angry that someone was so rude on Christmas eve. To the wrong person completely.

After we were a few miles into the ride the driver asked how we were going to pay. We said by Visa. He then tells me the machine is out of order and we needed cash. A bit late to say that. We had to return home to get a bank card and then head to a bank machine. This caused the fare to jump about $10. The driver would not turn back the metre. Lucky for him he didn't get a shot in the head for taking advantage of two seniors.

If u lose anything with this cab company dont expect to get it back, especially if its expensive, lost something valuable and they didnt do much help, and mostly rude with me, not overly helpful or anything no compassion or anything like that. Used to like this company now i don't.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The company didn't even have a debit machine, and only took cash! Who carries cash these days? I had to call the company back while in the cab at the ER to give my credit card number over the phone. Meanwhile, the older gentleman cabby locked me inside of the cab while doing so, making me completely uncomfortable!

If you are bringing a child who needs to be rear-facing, take the bus. None of the drivers know anything about installing a car seat and don't even know that children under 2 legally need to be rear facing. The first driver told me I needed my own seat for that (nope, there's instructions on the seat for how to install it RF) and the second driver asked me to install it because he couldn't figure it out (again, instructions are printed on the seat.) Both drivers were friendly enough but it's not worth the money if I have to install a car seat every time.
