The room isn't bad, bed is comfortable, furniture and fixtures are servrely dated though very clean. The one thing that is bad about this place is the free wifi, don't expect to be able to watch Netflix or other streaming services uninterrupted by perptual buffering and low quality, but free is free just like carrots are carrots like the farmer said after he pulled up his first turnip.

Okay place. Very small kitchen. The water was not safe to use (had to be boiled) but they gave us water bottles. The bathrooms are okay and they provide us with 2 small soaps and 2 motel bottles of conditioning shampoo. Beds are pretty comfortable and warm. TV has sufficient amount of channels. There's an A&W nearby.

The lady at the counter was super nice, she gave me her last room and I was very impressed for the nice woman touch.
The room was comfortable, with a fridge, a mini kitchenette with plates and pots.
The bed was super comfy with a memory foam mattress. I definitely recommend this hotel. And is my stop every time I come to Burns lake

By far the best bang for your buck hotel in Burns Lake. Great pricing. Rooms are older but super clean. I've stayed in tons of cheaper hotels for work around B.C and this one is absolutely the cleanest! The owners are so nice as well. Sarah is super friendly and awesome. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working in Burns Lake. Highly recommend!!!

Ridiculously quiet, very nice lake view. It's about 1 km out of town to the east. Owned by a very nice Chinese lady who cooks her own food (the smell when I entered the lobby was most appetizing). She said I'm the only nightly guest, everyone else lives there but I never heard a peep from them. The room was also best described as ridiculous - I mean rooms. The front room had a bed and a TV, the rear room had a bed and the bathroom. Each room had its own thermostat, including the bathroom. Other than that quirk, everything worked well (wifi, TV, bathroom, bed). Very comfy, very quiet,
