My three year old ATV has repeatedly stalled, been difficult to change into reverse, lurched when the gear is changed up or down and varied regarding ecelleration rate. Durnsfords of Havelock happily came and collected it for a reasonable collection and return charge (Unusual in itself). All dealings were businesslike, considerate and reasuringly cheerful. I test ran my clean ATV and it ran far better than the day I bought it. Reverse gear did no longer need a super-grip and when testing the repaired snow plough facility, also with its new fixture bolts, it no longer cut out the engine when being

Bought my Yamaha Waverunner from here this past summer. Have purchased a few items from this firm over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed with the products, nor the service. Dunfords offers fair prices, excellent gear, and is owned and staffed by knowledgeable and helpful people who actually care about customer service. Whenever I phone them, I feel like I am conversing with good friends or relatives. This is an "old school" business. Bought a 2018 grizzly 700 Ltd from Dunfords I have 420 kilometres on it and the starter quit. I keep it inside and it looks like new. The parts guy said Yamaha has a problem with starters on this model but no warranty. I’ve bought my last Yamaha, and from the response at Dunfords, the last product that they sell. Beware of Yamaha.

Will speak to you like you’re not important. Even if you’re asking simple questions they make you feel like you’re incompetent. Stopped in with my Yamaha dirtbike to get the carb tuned up, they looked at me and said they dont want to lose my business but told me to go somewhere else because they dont want to work on dirtbikes. Don't seem to have time for you if you arent spending thousands. the one good mechanic they had left they let go. spend 28 grand and dont even get a thank you. ask for adilvce and never get a response. mainly they just dont seem to have time to be bothered with you unless you have 5 grand in your pocket.

The prices were good. The sales & office people are decent BUT be wary when dealing with management here. I recently made a purchase of a new S/S UTV where I spent over $18,500. One of the stipulations of the sale was that they loan me a trailer to haul my new machine up to Eganville. No problem, the salesman told me.

Not happy - Been a loyal Honda owner 34 years - even owned a factory T360 prototype factory mule - Sold them a 2002 500FA 4x4 Rubicon loaded with front rear boxes, Honda screen, & winch ITP Rims & Tires & just been serviced at the local dealer including new rear axle bearings and delivered it to Dunsfords who asked me to leave it there for a couple of days as they said that they wanted to inspect the transmission for "Water Ingress" they had every opportunity to check the engine - Considering as running fine at the local Yamaha dealer and I drove it onto the trailer - I'm hardly able to push it
