There are Brokers and then there are Brokers. If your a strait shooter and you business plan is complete and makes sense. Mitch Speigel will deal with you as a Commercial Lender. We have been in business most of our lives and have dealt with many Brokers. While Mitch organizes his thoughts about your needs he will try and take care of you. Very happy with my broker Mitch who helped get our CHIP Mortgage we needed. I have been trying to get some assistance for months through my own banks to which even though credit good was ignored with excuses. Thankfully I found Mitch and understood the urgency and he even responded to questions after hours and could chat and laugh a bit too but he got it done! Gladly use him again.
