Ive been here twice to insure my vehicles. Both times Michelle helped me. She provided great service and was very friendly. On my first visit I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and Michelle was pleased to work with me even after closing. I will definitely get all my insurance from Michelle and I will recommend anyone to see her.

This place is only good if you don't deal with Michelle. There is something seriously wrong with her. Everything she has ever looked at, that I have brought in, she has tried to reject. This included vehicle transfers in an estate and a brand new car I purchased for my son's graduation yesterday. His surprise was somewhat ruined because I had to go to another broker to get the insurance. If you go here just say "anyone but Michelle."

It was truly horrifying to find a foot of water in the place where the materials and equipment that support our livelihood are stored. The potential loss was one thing, but the enormity of task to fix it all was completely overwhelming. That’s why I am so grateful to our insurance company (Murrick Insurance Howe St), especially my broker Danielle Carolan and for the restoration people they contracted (CanStar Restorations) for taking such good care of us. Even though there was a question about our coverage, they fixed everything because they valued our loyalty.
