The Fort Nelson Hospital & Healthcare Foundation's Annual Charity Bed Race started in 2006 when the Foundation started its first large scale campaign to replace all the manual beds in the Hospital with electric beds and ended in 2017. This event was exactly what it sounds like, teams from our community raced hospital beds around a circuit, in hopes of being the race winner.
