I just bought a new car from this dealership and couldn't believe how easy it was. Ian the salesperson was very direct, honest, and not at all pushy. He basically let the car sell itself. Everyone from sales to finance was incredibly informative and easy going which was great for me because this was my first time buying a new car. Purchased a vehicle from Subaru Penticton that is a lemon. Brought it in multiple times for the same issue (issue started at 76,000km and the issue is still ongoing at 102,000kms). Their mechanics have seen it at least 4x now and misdiagnosed every time. They allegedly did a smoke test for vacuum leaks; however, they clearly did it improperly. Brought the vehicle to a fantastic, highly recommended shop in West Kelowna and they instantly found the problem... Intake Manifold Gasket needs to be replaced. This should be covered under the warranty; however, since it was misdiagnosed so many times and

On two occasions in Q1 2020 I brought in my 2011 Legacy in for additional work, and both times, corners were cut.
During the first visit, the tech dropped a bolt into my engine bay, while undoing a plastic bracket. I noticed the specific bolt replaced, as it was brand new; but they left the old one sitting on my exhaust manifold shield. I had to fish out the old bolt myself because the rattling noise was quite annoying.
At the second visit, I requested a specific gasket to be changed, as it had been re-used more than once. They took a look and said it looked fine, but an additional plug ($7)

Bought a used 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Dealing with Ian and the staff was top notch. Car was properly serviced with any work needed done. Price was good and they stood behind the purchase with a 3 month warranty. When we picked up the car, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Detail staff did an awesome job.
