Friendly staff, It was nice to have a chat with the two gentleman that helped me setup my new bike.
And I don't agree with the other reviewer here saying that the store is making money on their 100$ deposits (by taking deposits for bikes that don't arrive in the promised timeframe). That review almost made me not want to order my bike. If delivery delays happen, it's a manufacturer delay and it has nothing to do with the store. I ordered a Marlin 6 a month ago and I already received it. Other stores in Toronto told me I had to wait 12 months.

Most horrible place ever, attitude absolutely horrible. I went inside patiently wait until the staff finish the phone, when he finishes the photo, didnt even bother look at us or greet us. Thats fine, maybe he just missed us walking in. I asked if shop is open for walk in to check out the bikes, he said there is no bikes to check out meanwhile the shop is full of bikes. Then I said OK, any bikes for regular casual riding or all of their bikes are in the higher end, he said it varies from 200-4000. Then I said ok, can you show me the 200 ones. He said the 200 ones are kids bikes and his attitude

Absolutely the rudest staff working this location. I have never felt more unwelcome and unwanted within a store.
Staff member working the front computer didn't even have his mask on yet he was enraged that I didn't sanitize my hands upon entry.
Overpriced products and entitled staff.
Do yourself a favour and shop at a local smaller bicycle shop.

This company is making money by getting deposits from people for bikes that will never actually materialize. Before putting a deposit please read the fine print...they can increase the price at any time and change the date of delivery, and you will not get your deposit back. Sad that they are taking advantage of people this way during a pandemic.

I wish I could give Trek Aurora 0 stars, unforunately I am rating them 1 star more than they deserve. I purchased the Trek Madone SL7 back in early January 2021, with the estimated delivery date being April 21, 2021. One week prior to the delivery date I called to confirm that my bike was on track for Aprl 21st and they assured me everything was good to go. On the big day of my bike arriving I called the store to confirm that the bike was in and ready for pickup, only to be rudely and dismissively informed that the delivery date was pushed to middle of September. I asked to cancel my order and

Friendly staff, fixed my tire last year!! I’m a casual cyclist and don’t know much about repairs, but I got a flat and they got it up in running super fast and the employee was very helpful. My bike is pretty old, he replaced some outdated parts and made sure it was safe to ride.
Brought the same bike back this week for a tune-up but this time I was turned away as they “don’t take department store bikes”. I had checked online and called in to see if I needed an appointment, was told to come by whenever, first come first served. I’m in no rush and was happy to leave it there for as

It started with buying this Ferrari below at the beginning of the season. I crashed a few goals on Strava while enjoying hilly rides of golden fields in Ontario this year.
It was quite an upgrade for me going into road biking and the staff was very helpful to get me started. I was setup with everything I needed in no time and could crash the roads enjoying rides from early summer into late fall.
Trek Aurora is my go to place for all the maintenance work and good advice on future needs.

Poor customer service overall. The man who owns the shop is great and I only dealt with him for my bike purchase but until the toxic abrasive and threatening employees are dealt with the store can do better. An employee who works the desk was rude going as far as to threaten my father not to cancel a purchase which he was not informed they pushed back nearly an entire year, that's obviously unacceptable. So buyer be weary you may end up waiting 10 months for a delivery to realize it was the young kids fault, sorry I don't have his name.

A great bike shop with kick butt staff.
I admit; as much as I would love to be up on my cycling game I have slipped from the scene so can't speak to the great carbon fibre bikes Trek is known to manufacture. However, if you are looking for s top quality children's bike it would be hard to argue anywhere other than Trek Aurora.
Trek stands by their bikes in both quality and longevity. For starters, two years of free adjustments. Secondly - they will trade in your Trek bike for the next size. The money I have thrown away, on department store quality bikes, repairs, and driveway give

If you're not buying a complete bike from them don't bother dealing with them, terrible customer service is you are not spending a couple thousand with them. First occasion I needed an axel, I was treated Like a fool, second time I needed brake pads, I got ignored! Jokes on them though, if I was looking to purchase a bike it would directly from Bike Sports!

A very disappointing location, with staff not properly trained in handling their own accounting system.
I wanted to return something I bought at the Toronto location, and I specifically phoned ahead and asked if I could do so. I was told I could, so I drove up to the Aurora store, just to be told they cannot do so, and they are sorry, and that the manager will make sure the staff are properly trained.
Won't return - will drive extra to go to the Toronto location.

Holy moly are these guys helpful. I bought my first adult bike there after pondering it over two summers. The man that helped my mom and I even remembered us from being there a year prior. I hadn't ridden a bike since I was a child, and he helped me become comfortable with bikes again. They do all the tuning up in shop, and they seem to all be locals so they recommend trails and different routes to take to work and such. It's a real community store, not corporate or money hungry at all. They encourage customers to ride the bikes around the parking lot to get a feel for the bikes. They
