Very sad to have had this experience. We felt that the lady at the counter did not want to speak about cabinets. When we said we don't need countertops yet, she was curt in her mannerisms and made us feel like she needed to us leave right away. It was a visit that certainly did not feel respectful. If they do not do cabinets, I think a more friendly response could have been used.

Definitely not Top10. Would never use or recommend this company. Bought a new home in Edinburgh. Within 1 month of ownership my wife noticed the bottom of some of the Shaker doors were de-laminating. Top 40 told us the issues was from a rice cooker steam. We do not even own a Rice Cooker. We took a good look at other doors and some have spots were glue was applied during installation to reapply the laminate. This company is terrible. Warranty and customer service are non existent. We used Excel Kitchen for the basement suite and the product and service was fantastic. If you looking for cabinets

I don't recommend Top 40 because once they have your money they wash their hands of you. They do not even go good for issues incurred by their own workers. My solid surface cracked at 1 year, my under mount sink fell out at 6 months.... Their answer was they could come do the fix for $1200. Not impressed

Have nothing but good things to say about our dealing with Top 40. Terry was awesome in designing out kitchen. We got a few quotes and Terry was the only one who asked me questions to find out what I wanted and needed in a kitchen. The guys who installed our kitchen were amazing and came back to do touch ups no problem. Counters were installed right after the cabinets. Quality is top notch. Anytime we had a question Terry and Kevin got back to us quickly. I highly recommend Top 40. You need a new kitchen give them a call!

Cabinets are nice but one of the cabinets was not what I asked for and I was told it was.....it has been 3 weeks and the installation has not been completed. I have gotten nothing but hassel from Terry who said I could either pay for it before it was completed or lose my discount (they offer a discount if you pay for it withing 10 days of it being… completed but I was send a final invoice before it was complete and told if I didn't pay complete or not I would lose the discount. Lee stepped in and stopped that but I feel like I have been harassed and treated badly by Terry. The whole experience
