Huge 'Thank You' to Jin and Mike in the shop at VOS for excellent service. The key on my bike failed and would not turn to the on position. I was certain this would require a new ignition and would tie up my bike for weeks waiting for parts. Jin set me up with an quick appointment on short notice. When I arrived Mike helped me get the bike off the trailer and into the shop. He asked about the issue and sent me in to talk with Jin at the Service Desk. Before even carrying-out a diagnosis Jin worked to validate the warrantee. I left feeling comfortable that the bike was in good hands but still expecting

People were nice, but service was pathetic. Asked for chain maintenance and overall service on a new/used bike. Got an oil change, filter, and chain lube for nearly $500. Left with the same chain issue (needed severe adjustment, very slack) as when I went in, no fluid top ups, absolutely nothing exceptional or even basic that would justify the price. I randomly stopped in to Dewildt who fixed everything VOS left within 15 minutes and didn't even charge.
As of today also found out they didn't reset the oil trip meter when they did what little service I got for my money. A few panicked

Bought the first bike and second from Vos Motors. Vladimir and Zorab was very helpful and sincere in all their dealings. All the service was done at Vos motors alone. Bruce and Mike are exceptionally efficient, friendly mechanics and the service is always exemplary. Never an issue with service or storage of bike here.

Clean place, friendly staff. It's just another dealership trying to make money, so just always take the same caution. They made excuses to reduce the value of my trade in and did it in a way to make it sound like I am getting a great deal.
Also the guy I spoke to tried to tell me some features of the bike what it does, but after I read the manual, I see he was completely wrong.
I also asked for help when getting the new bike to transfer battery tenders. He said ok during the sale but when I went to pickup the bike he just gave me tools and denied agreeing to help and they helped a little anyway

The service side of VOS is the reason to be here (notwithstanding they financed my used FJR1300). From Jin Kim and Mike at the parts counter on through the service bay there is an atmosphere of relaxed professionalism, aided by great listening and exemplary work . I ALWAYS ask for Bruce Munroe, Ace Mechanic. He executes on the little things while performing the work order... checking this, tightening that, plopping in a light bulb. He has an eye out for his customers, and wants them to both enjoy their ride and be safe. I won't go anywhere else.

Best motorcycle dealership I've been to. Lots of product variety, and amazing staff. The sales experience with Vlad was excellent. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process and was very quick to respond to any questions. Bruce and Mike in Service very extremely friendly and helpful, and gave me some great suggestions for modifying my bike.

Purchased a beautiful Ducati at VOS today. My salesman Eduardo was very helpful and had an answer for every question. Mark in financing was awesome as well and a pleasure to work with. I know how difficult it… must be for the entire team working around all the Covid restrictions but I must say that from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Rose at the front desk I was made feel comfortable. Very professional and well run dealership.

Was in their showroom a few days ago with my son. Greeted by a couple of cuties and walked through there showroom floor. Circled around the Diavel two or three times and checked out the others then came back to the Diavel then went to see others then came back to the Diavel. Through all this, there seemed to be someone who might be working there but wasn't sure. He never approached us or saluted us, he seemed more interested in his phone and flexing his tattoos. Maybe I just got these guys on a bad day however I felt I should share my experience. I never write reviews but this was interesting. I may have been discriminated against because I look young. I'm 28 with several years of riding experience. I told one of the sales reps I was interested in the CBR 600RR and GSX R600. The GSX had no price on it and when I asked for the specs, he said "you can just go onto our website and find it there"...ok, I have to do your job? VOS Motors handled my bike purchase quickly and efficiently. My bike was ready in 3 days. Those days included signing the financing paperwork, cleaning and servicing any issues on the bike, licencing and me going down there to get it.
The bike, the day after I got it, turned up a "no start" issue and after contacting VOS, they went into "overdrive" and inside of 24 hours had a mechanic out to look at it. The fix was simple and he was able to get it running at my location, but he was prepared to take it back to the shop to fix it and then deliver it to me again.
