A number of my stratas have used Westerly Restoration Ltd. for small to large projects, with and without engineers. My experience has been that they are easy to deal with, answer in a timely manner and will respond to issues, the project is completed professionally and that the Strata is happy at completion. No project is without hiccups, but the true test of a contractor is how they address issues at the end and Westerly has always addressed any issues professionally and quickly. I live in a Townhouse Complex, our depreciation Report indicated some serious building Envelope deficiencies. We engaged the services of Westerly Restoration to carry out the remediation work in conjunction with structural engineers. We were very impressed with the work ethics of the various work teams of the company, and daily debris cleanup.
Regular field reports from the engineers indicated Westerly were very knowledgeable and professional, with the remediation involved, and they,Westerly, also directed and oversaw the sub trade work carried out.

David and his crew have worked at our Strata complex for a number of years now doing deck repairs and rebuilds, concrete and stucco repairs and repaired a unit that had damage from an owner driving a car into it. They also provided service of some of the smaller things needed while they were on site. His crews were easy to deal with. IF any problems arose David was always approachable and quick to remedy any thing to our satisfaction.

Our Strata has worked with Westerly Restoration Ltd. close to 5 years. As strata president I have worked with David on several occasions. He always made sure I understood the scope of the project and all that would be required, and he is never too busy to answer questions. David works closely with engineers on projects and all of the work is closely monitored by David. The quality of work completed and the attention to detail and the care taken on the worksite impressed council and homeowners.

David and his crew ("Westerly") performed some residential building envelope repairs for us a few weeks ago. The project lasted approximately 5-6 weeks. We were very impressed with Westerly's professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work throughout the project. Their work is amazing and shows great attention to detail.
