This will be done through our Operations Manager and Resident Supervisor, and our main contact person from your building management. The general daily communications will revolve around a very competent and highly trained Resident Supervisor.
This individual will attend each day coordinating all requests, ensuring completion of cleaning schedules, set up daily programs for the housekeeping staff, handling spontaneous needs, and consulting with your defined representative.

Frist af all, I just want to make sure people knows what kind of thieves these people are, I worked there for 2 years, the first month I worked they keep in hold until you decided to leave the company, they said!, i did quit and they never paid me back the month I worked for in the beginning; therefore I call the office , and asked to talk to the onwer which for some reason he is never there, obviously!!! So I asked for the manager a bich she was, very unprofessional, not ettichs what so ever, rude and trying to intimidate me lol. I report them to the ministry of labor because is not right what

They have no respect for the people that clean for them, give them no notice that they found someone else to clean, take money from their workers for repairs on their garbage equipment, to not tell someone they have been replaced for no reason is awefull, Better Business needs to be called in and shut these people down, how can these people treat their workers like this. I will use every social media to tell the story about this business.

I have work for Supershine for going on 3 years now. I never have a problem with my pay. I get pay when I suppose get pay and my pay is never short. I found it so sad to come on google to see such disgusting comments about a company I presently work for when I know it is so untrue and just slander by people who were probably fired or just not fit for the job. Supershine has made a lot of staff changes and they are always trying to hear the needs of the people who work for them. I never have a bad experience yet in almost 3 years. I clean 4 stores for them and I just do my job and make my money

Where to begin. I've been a cleaner for 7 years now and this is the worst company ive ever worked for. They frequently get people's pay cheques wrong and when you try to get your money they try everything they can not to pay. They're constantly pushing employees to work as subcontractors but the amount they offer is so low that it's like working for below minimum wage.
