This is a 100% local company that has been established in Nanaimo for 34 years! They have established such a great reputation up and down Vancouver Island because of their service, products and most importantly their communication listening to their clients and surpassing expectations. Their sales rep, Monte, must have been working in the security industry for many, many years. Because that is clearly the level of knowledge and expertise that he brings. You won't find a more knowledgeable security person in the city of Nanaimo.
The office is run by a warm and attentive woman named Shereen and she has the customer service skills of hotel concierge.
The owners Steve and Ian are impecably honest, in reality to the point of a fault. They consistently place the customer needs ahead of their own.
I always feel secure dealing with Secureco.
