Excellent sale and service team. Abraham (Abe) was very knowledgeable with the product that he sell and go the extra miles to help me. Ryan the service manager also when the the extra miles to accommodate and help me with the issues. I bought a brand new 2021 Keystone Cougar trailer in May. Second week I got the trailer had issue after issue after issue. Abe and Ryan was so patient and helpful. They also make extra efforts on working with me to resolve the issues including towing the trailer back to the dealer to fix and return the trailer to the site. This is my second purchase from this dealer

Had a surge and lost power to my trailer, my fridge got fried, what prompted service I received, I called and that day Dan came from 2 hours away to rectify the problem, and with such a shortage of stock 2 days later I received a new fridge, soooooooooo thankful and highly recommended

I contacted camping in Style about help regarding a 12v/100v refrigerator and the only feedback I received was "sorry I cannot help, try Amazon." Some alternatives or context would have been nice, especially since Camping in Style is listed as a dealer for these types of refrigerators.

What an awesome experience! I brought in an older travel trailer which needed work. Barb was absolutely amazing. Full disclosure, constant communication and top class customer service. She even booked a meeting with her mechanic (Ryan, I believe) he went through the entire process, recommendations, pros and cons. I couldn't be happier with the service. Sadly not a lot of stock available. RVing seems to be a very popular thing since the pandemic. The sales clerk didn't have what we were looking for- but he did refer us to 2 other dealerships for assistance.

We had an issue on our end with the brake controller so Scott got us setup with JD Truck Accessories and the gentleman there was terrific and fixed our problems in about 30 minutes.
Our InTech Sol Horizon Rover is now sitting impatiently beside our home and is raring to get out on the road to adventure in 2021. My wife has already named the trailer "Tina". We're off to a great start. Thanks for everything!

I have heard a lot of horror stories out there. We shopped around a great deal. 1st time owners. The crew here were awesome, worked with me to make it happen. Dave the installer, amazing. Got it right up to the deck and balanced solid. When the LED lights we had installed didn't work, they were up the next week. Works perfect. 10 year old unit. No leaks, no issues. Very pleased and will go back there for our next one. I know so many people that dealt with the dealers we were going to, sooo glad we ended up here. The sales, shop and finance all accommodating. No complaints at all.

More than 6 years dealing with Camping in Style, love our trailer and thrilled with the service. We travel all around in Canada and the US and you will be hard pressed to find the kind of integrity in sales and service here!
