Everything went well. Arrived for appointment, was asked when I needed the vehicle. It was on time when I came back to settle up. Both the lady signing the car in, and the lady finalizing the payment, and explaining the work done, were excellent.. I have dealt with Magnuson from the very beginning when I first purchased the Fiesta and have always found them to be courteous and dependable...

I have been with Magnuson for almost (5) years and have leased and purchased (2) vehicles and the experience was great. I ordered a Bronco Wildtrak and took (17) months to arrive due to many factors outside the dealers control but every time I asked for an update, change or just a question Marco the sales rep answered immediately. I feel like I was treated with professionally and respectfully and never felt like I was just another number walking through the door like I have at other dealerships in the past.

I’ve been bringing my car in for servicing since I bought it 8 years ago and haven’t had a bad experience once. I’ve dealt with Derek multiple times and have never been let down. Especially this last time… I brought my car in a couple weeks ago without an appointment because the check engine light came on and I was worried about driving it. Derek was great, he went above and beyond to accommodate me and get my car fixed up and at a great price 🤩 I highly recommend them!!

This is the second time I’ve taken my car to Magnuson to get work done. What a great group. From the front staff to the mechanic. Not only did they provide a fair price, and great customer service, I also got a follow up call a few days later to see how my car was driving. We had been to a few dealerships, trying to make a van happen. It was challenging with covid and all but Gary and Layne at Magnuson made it worth driving down from Kelowna. They were top notch from day one and made the process of purchasing a dream vehicle pleasurable.
