Don't buy from these arsholes, if your sled or quad gets stolen from there yard while going for maintenance it's your own problem, they have 1 camera. Costed my buddy thousands of dollars for a sled he didn't even have for 2 weeks. Bad people, if something goes wrong expect to be on your own. Be warned ⚠️

Service from some of the parts staff is lacking. Was sold the wrong parts and the excuse was we could not tell due to it being a mixed year and there were 2 options. How about telling your customers that up front. I would have bought both and brought back what didn’t fit. Instead it’s positioned to be my fault and given attitude. At least the replacement bearings were provided at cost. Only way I will go back is if Royal says they can’t get whatever. Next side by side will also not be a Polaris.

Sales was great! Very helpful when we are going there to make a purchase. (And take my money) However the service afterward is majorly lacking to back up their own warranties and products. .
My fiancé bought a sled off them , brought his sled in for warranty work back in September (while we still had warranty) and they told us to come pick it up… 2 days later. (We live over an hour away). Pick it up, bring it home. Still having the same issue. We call them about this and they tell us they are busy with boats and to bring the sled back in come November when they are working on sleds

Bought new machine or so we thought!
Was told new battery was in it after 3 weeks of trying to get it to keep a charge and run.. Finally had the time to bring it back. After a mesaae that stated maybe the key was left in or something was left on.
3 hour trip each way to this dealer
Reason we bought two new was not to have the worry about issues and the trek back.
Get to Midcity today to be told oops yours didnt get a battery the others did. Thought Sudbury was under a strict mask policy for covid. Not one person in the showroom, service etc was wearing a mask.

Great place to deal with, i purchase a utv used i had a problem with my throttle cable a week after getting it home called the dealer and brought it in the next day received a phone call within a couple hrs of dropping it off and they had my new cable installed already. Great customer service, keep up the good work.
