Honestly, I would recommend trying elsewhere first.
On countless occassions, my family has experienced an extremely difficult time being heard, and receiving help. You are often made to wait/suffer with your health concern for quite some time, until it finally receives an appropriate response. This is extremely dangerous in COVID times, especially with a global mental health crisis.
So please remember to constantly advocate for yourself and ask questions, as you may only be receiving the minimal information necessary they have to pass on. Patients shouldn't be told to keep waiting when in some

The doctor forgot about me and had me waiting in a room for nearly 2 hours after my booked appointment. I don’t mind waiting but 2 hours for a prescription?! I think it’s a little ridiculous and very unprofessional. After years, I will not be going back.

Great doctors but no one EVER takes the nightline off when they open at 9am. You have to wait until almost 9:30.

Very good doctors, they have improved their appointment management and can be easily booked now.
