We were forewarned about the construction and closed facilities, and we only needed a stop over. however the general state of the campground, is cramped for sure and not very maintained (our water tap was leaking and the pole was pushed over. It's also more of a trailer park. The price is way to high, the "creekside" spots at the end, are probably the best ones away from construction, but are still way over priced at $60+. Next time we will try another campground. The only reason I give it 3 stars, is the walkability and the fact that the staff was very nice when booking.

Never had any issues, the site was pretty small and with small kids was a little hard to contain them in such a small area. The construction starts at 7 am and they run equipment right through the campsite.
Not a bad place to stay if you're leaving for the day to go do stuff, but wouldn't recommend it if you're going to stay and try to relax.

Sites are a little tight. Our site was overgrown with branches so we couldn't open our awning but the staff helped us promptly and trimmed all the branches. Even though there is construction going on in the condos. It's not loud at all. People are to picky. Beautiful scenery. Good staff. Definately will come back

Construction that’s happening is massive, when booking over the phone we were notified about construction and told that the site available is in “nice” location. When we arrived it was right next to the construction, with absolutely no shade. We did not stay as I have asthma and all this dust was absolutely insane! After numerous attempts to reach them and leaving them voice messages to get some kind of refund, no one got back to us and we can’t reach them at all!
Don’t recommend this campground at all! Municipal campground just on the other side of the town is 100% better and cheaper

We just spent a week here and we'll definitely be back.
Not sure what the bad reviews are complaining about ... yes there's a train near by but it never used it's horn once so it never bothered us what so ever.
Yes there's condos being built and once again, never bothered us. One time there was an excavator driving on pavement and sure it was loud but we had been awake for a while and it lasted a whole 2 minutes, not exactly a big deal.
Maybe if you typically sleep in a sound proof bubble with ear plugs and a pillow on your head you shouldn't come here, otherwise pretty sure you'll be fine.

Half RV campground half RV homes. Sure the scenery is nice, but there is no privacy, and someone who lived in their RV yelled at us for walking on his lawn once which was beside our trailer. We had no idea someone lived there, because our campsites were facing each other. Nothing much for kids to do there, and the park is a bit of a walk away from the campsites. If you don't plan to stay at your campsite this place is good as it is close to different things to do. But all in all, it only offered location as a benefit, and the power.

We were warned that the campground is having some construction but we were not warned on the extent of this construction. It was a massive full-scale construction with big machinery. To top it all off, our site was right in front of the construction so we could not even cook outside because of all the dust that was coming from the construction. The roads were gravel as well so with strong winds, dust was just about everywhere. I wished they have elaborated the extent of the construction as well as warned as that the site were gonna be staying at is 5 steps away from the main construction area that

Although this RV park is close to downtown (a nice walk on paths) it seems be being taken over by the condo development next door and has given up on trying to maintain or improve. Many sites are taken up by permanent residence living in run down park models and construction trailers - so people are coming and going day and night. The laundry and washrooms were not stellar. Sad for such a place surrounded in natural beauty.
