Tower Medical Clinic

I have been going to this clinic for 16 years and the Dr's have been consistent in listening and getting to the root cause of the issues. 16 years ago I desperately needed medical attention and other doctors were just shoving prescriptions at me without figuring out why I was in such pain. I went to the Tower Clinic and was actually listened too. The Dr sent me for test after test to find out what was wrong. The Dr's didn't stop. The front desk staff always try to be kind and considerate through all the abuse the endure. Most of the front staff have been there as long term employees and that says

Very rude front staff can't even speak in a decent tone to patients won't be going back ever again

I recommend this clinic. Dr. Dippenaar is friendly, personable, and thorough. I have seen one of the other doctors as a walk-in patient and was impressed as well. He didn't instantly prescribe and anti-biotic for my viral infection. The reception staff is courteous and if I have a scheduled appointment I don't have to wait for long.

We are new to town took our 13 year old boy there in July for headaches and the doctor told us they were stress headache and for him to take tylenol and advil turns out the doctor knows nothing he should have done test because now my boy is fighting for his life with a brain tumor

I have had many terrible experiences with doctors. I have been suffering with a couple chronic issues most of my life. These( more than one) Dr.s are the first ones to take me seriously and want to get to the root of it. OK this is working, but WHY is it happening and lets figure out a long term solution for you. Love it. Thank you.
