Vie Psychology offers professional psychological services based out of Coquitlam, British Columbia. Dr. Stephen Rochefort, the proprietor of Vie Psychology, is a registered psychologist (CPBC #2329) with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia. Dr. Stephen provides assessment, treatment, and consultative services to adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families.

Dr. Stephen offers services to address a diverse range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, relationships, family problems, parenting concerns, separation, grief, abuse, domestic violence, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, eating disorders, and personality disorders.

Dr. Stephen holds a number of post-secondary degrees in a diverse set of fields including a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology (Forensic, Adult, and Child emphasis) from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary, and a Ph.
Forensic psychology is the field where psychology intersects with the justice, legal, or correctional systems. Forensic psychology refers to the application of psychological knowledge, skills, and research to address legal, contractual, and administrative matters. There are a number of branches of forensic psychology including criminal forensic psychology, civil forensic psychology, and family forensic psychology.
Psychological consultation services involve the provision of professional psychological discussion and guidance to other health and mental health professionals, individuals, groups, agencies, communities, and organizations. Consultation services clients generally seek psychological knowledge and discussion, or have questions or concerns related to psychological well-being and behaviour.
Seminars and workshops aim to create a space for education, discussion, and practice of psychological topics and skills. Workshops are often geared toward a specific skill or practice development whereas seminars offer opportunities for the sharing of knowledge and discussion of a particular topic of interest.
