The entire process went very smoothly, and the roof was completed in a timely manner! Professional and organized staff who were ultimately very caring and carefully explained the entire process from beginning to end. Never again Binning. We have water leaking in our two rooms after heavy rains on snow melting. Dozens of non answered calls, they came only once and did nothing. Binning worked on another house in our neighborhood and their roof is also leaking. Because of so many bad reviews Binning blocked reviews and ratings on Yellow Pages. Please check Yellow Pages and see for yourself. Worst contractor that ever worked on my house. They do not deserve even one star.

They worked on both my daughter's roofs and ours !! did a great job - on time, we were very satisfied - Our roof was large and very complicated, at least men 5 working non stop - and with a smile ... do not hesitate to use them. The best!

We are a condo with 8 units. We have had 2 condos leaking since the installation. Binning admits they made a mistake as was revealed in two inspections, one inspector was hired by them. Both inspections revealed the same results : it was conclusive that they had done a bad install. They have said they would repair it but they never show up, even after repeated requests and meetings. In the meantime the leaks still progess.
They refuse responsibility for their bad installation and poor workmanship.
We are going to have to go to court. What a waste of time.
