Make sure you ask everything on the phone. I wasn't able to make my 1st appointment. This dentist has no interest on helping people out who are on persons with disability. (PWD) They only accept cash up front for the job. It is their policy. They say they worked with The ministry. But I hear differently telling me that the ministry will Reimburse me of everything I pay up front for.. But if you know as well as I do being on persons with disability for years that the ministry Does not reimburse your money of anything you spend out of your own pocket. They were super respectful while asking about my medical history, and they were super fun to talk to. Going to a new dentist I was worried they may try to upsell me on procedures I did not need. But when they reccomended I have my wisdom tooth pulled they also told about how I could go about cleaning it better so I can keep it and avoid having to get the procedure!

I was unable to go to the dentist for several years due to lack of coverage and cost. When I was able to go again I was nervous as I've always been prone to cavities due to poor enamel and deep grooves. All of my experiences at Cedar Dental have been excellent. I have always been made to feel comfortable and respected and never feel 'judged'. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Dental to anyone. Big thanks to the whole team :)

I have received sincerity from Dr Omar and his assistants of which I am not good with remembering names back in January I was in to finish my cleaning on the 20th the worker was so compassionate with me as I was in stress as my mom was in hospice and listened to me. We not only talked of my mom but had similar interest of lakes and chatted about… my kayak and her board. This interaction was so positive and I left a little lighter. Later that day in the afternoon I had two fillings Dr. Omar asked about my mom of which at that time I found it difficult to speak as I was emotional. The same

Dr Brad leads a great team of professionals who have delivered a high quality Dental experience on a consistent basis to me. Whether it's booking appointments or following up, or performing at Hygiene and Dentistry. Yana my hygienist does a good job and doesn't get preachy even if I didn't floss for while.

Couldn't be happier with the treatment and care I received from the staff at cedar dental. I chipped my tooth and only had 1 day in kamloops to fix it so I phoned and they squeezed me in and repaired it the same day. Very professional, clean and friendly enviroment. I'm looking forward to going back and having my teeth cleaned!!

I just want to say how most people think of the dentist as a terrible experience, I cannot say I do , from the minute I walk in I feel welcomed , as for the staff my hygienist Desiree Jazen is brilliant , she uses all the modern day technology, which makes my visit a lot less painful and makes it feel like a state of the art experience. Cedar dental is a great place, I brought my wife over and have just registered my little girl , to the Cedar dental family Cedar dental = 10/10

I hadn't been to the dentist in forever and was so nervous but the staff and the care they provided at cedar dental was amazing. Such a beautiful atmosphere as soon as you walk in and I am so looking forward to looking after my teeth now. My dental hygienist rocked, very caring and helped me remain calm the entire time.
