Room was clean, but very small. No chair, only the bed to sit on.
Needed 2 remote control for the tv, only 1 in the room. They brought me one later.
Due to COVID, no pool, hot tub and no breakfast. Not their fault. Most places gives you a breakfast to go though.
Left at 6:45 AM and snow removal was not done. Had to walk in ankle deep slush ice snow to the car.
No staff at front desk in the morning. When the owner finally showed up, I asked for my receipt. She told me she already gave me my receipt as I checked in. I told her that I did not have it, but she continued to argue that she gave it

Everything at this establishment is absolutely fantastic. A beautiful change from your typical, "cookie cutter" hotels. The continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs made with real, fresh eggs. The service is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is top notch. And the room.... WOW!!! We stayed in chalet #4. The chalets are a bit more expensive, but worth every penny! The entire place has a charm rarely found anywhere else. I highly recommend it!!

I stayed at the Auberge with 3 of my friends! We had such a great time. We had dinner at the restaurant there and it was delicious. We also had treatments at the Spa and all of the treatments were perfect. All of the employees were very polite and did a great job. The owners were always there if we needed something, they were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back soon!
