Charter Mechanical is a privately-held, employee owned construction services firm specializing in fabrication and installation of mechanical and process piping systems. We were founded with a vision to provide an excellent company and culture in which people would enjoy working and succeeding together.
In 2006 a group of managers that had worked together closely for nearly two decades decided to start a new business. Charter Mechanical officially opened its doors for business in September of 2006. We believe that when we do these right, success for both our clients and company will follow.

Charter Mechanical was founded in 2006 with two primary goals - Take great care of our customers and be a great company for our employees. Although we've grown from a small start-up to one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Northwest, these two goals still guide us today. Because we are a 100% employee owned company, we don't have outside "owners" with short term objectives.
Charter Mechanical is a leader in the mechanical industry in leveraging BIM to implement advanced Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), creating ways to facilitate a streamlined approach to deliver mechanical system installations of the highest quality, on schedule, at the lowest possible cost. Charter Mechanical uses the latest Autodesk design software platforms to design, model, and coordinate mechanical systems.
As one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Northwest, Charter Mechanical has been recognized as a leader in mechanical services to commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare facilities of all types and sizes. You never know just how important someone is until your in a crisis. The fantastic employee named mike literally saved my day. The last thing you want in your place of business is for a problem to occur but in this case it was a big problem and a high emergency and Mike literally came as fast as he could and stayed until the job was complete. It was not an easy fix either. I just want to thank my newest best friend Mike that is the greatest tech I have ever met for saving the day. I couldnt even express in words how grateful I am for Mike and his partner who I didnt catch his name. Thanks a million
