Suspect Business Practices - As of right now, I can not recommend them for snow clearing. I contracted and paid in advance to have them clear my double car circular driveway. What they provided was a partial clearing at 9:30am on Monday when the snow was still falling that did a small single car path from 2ft in front of my car to the road, no path to my door. This is a double car drive and tandem parking is not acceptable. I have emailed and spoken with them at least 2-3 times a day with no results. 50% DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED!! WORK NOT COMPLETED.
Lawn Care Alert was hired to sod a small area at the front, approximately (2 1/2’ x 4’) and two other much smaller areas because of work completed by utility companies who left the area in a dishevelled state. They were also supposed to prune a hibiscus hedge and clean the area below. I was told that the company would begin the job in 1 ½ weeks time after our June 9, 2021 meeting.
Here is my experience with this company:

Their weekly maintenance during the spring, summer and fall yields consistently professional results, and gives us the peace of mind that the lawns, gardens and common areas of our properties are taken care of. Needed my backyard "taming" it was overgrown all around the perimeter of the yard with huge weeds. They cleaned it up from all the weeds, edged the gardens and put down a ton of mulch. When they were done - it was all tidy and no sign they had all that mulch on the driveway! Looks fantastic now! Great job guys! Very happy client!
